Sorry, we couldn't find that report

Someone is trying to share a report with me from an external source. They have shared this report with other external users and they can all view it ok. When I try to view the report from the email link I get error message:-

Sorry, we couldn't find that report

It may have been deleted or you may not have access to view it.

I am not sure why this report cannot be shared with me but exact same report can be shared with other users?

Thanks in advance.

Greg

Good morning,

Anyone know what is the problem.

I need the solution urgently, because my co-worker needs to consult the dashboard.

Thanks.

Any chance the user recently changed their password? I am here looking for answeres to this recent error we have been getting. "Sorry, we cannot find that app". Both times it appears the user changed their password recently. The fix seems to be a mix of having them reboot their machines and also remvoign their account from the workspace\app and adding it back.

No, he didn't change the password.

The user only has available the dashboard on the separator "Share with me".

Good morning,

Anyone can help me?

Thanks

Yes, I mean the data source on which the report is build. But if its excel than it is a import file. Then you must check the permission settings on the workspace and on the report itself :). Best, Kathrin

The problem mustn't have to the data source on which the report was built, because if it was other users also can't see the dashboards.

The data source is a data base in sql.
