I think I heard Microsoft was gong to seperate App Workspaces from Groups and would happen soon. Anyone know when/if this would allow some (who) to create App Workspaces even if group creation is turned off?

@harisrashid Do you have a Pro license? Assuming yes, I would check with your office 365 admin to see if they have disabled the ability to create groups.

If you are a MSFT vendor, then I believe this is turned off for you and there is no way around it.
