Somenthing went wrong when receiving and E-mail from signature

Hi Guys,

I have an trouble whith an specific report.
when I receive the e-mail from the signature, sometimes, I see the messagem Something went wrong.
Unable to load the model.
All my visuals are the basic, none of then are from the marketplace and I already tried to change the time of the send signature, and even do this, the error persist.

Sometimes, one customer receive correct and other with the this message.
Someone already pass trhough this?
Someone has a solution or an idea?
