Some tiles don't load on shared dashboard

I created a dashboard with reports using multiple data sources, including a DirectQuery data source and several Import data sources, all using an Enterprise Gateway. When sharing this dashboard with another PowerBI Pro user, 2 reports/tiles don't load correctly. Instead he gets this error: "Can't load the content of this file. Please delete it and try repinning." I tried disabling and re-enabling sharing, as well as deleting and repinning the report tiles, but the issue still isn't cleared up. Has anyone else encountered this error?

I have experienced this issue sometimes but then it has fixed itself everytime I've refreshed power bi website by reloading page.
