Hi,
we are having an issue with one of our reports specifically. When we develop it and refresh it using the desktop client it works fine and refreshing the data takes around 30 seconds. Once we publish the report it's a different story. If the refresh doesn't fail because of timeout, it's taking 20-40 minutes to run.
There are a few queries (about 10) going against 2 data sources - Azure Cloud Data base and SSAS hosted on a virtiual server in Azure. We use on premise gateway to grant access. No query returns more than 26.000 rows, most less than a 1.000.
The SSAS query is cached (or imported) because we need to join it with the external data.
Anyone here who knows what's going on?
Regards
Tobbi

I was probably running the previous release of the data gateway so I upgraded the software and restarted the gateway. When I refreshed the report, the refresh time was down to 30-40 seconds, similar to the desktop refresh time.
