Slicer not syncing with all pages

I've checked the Sync option to all pages of my report in the Sync Slicers view but the only report that updates in the one the slicer is on.  Are filters keeping this from working correctly?  Any ideas?

Does the issue happen both in Power BI desktop as well? 

Would you please share a pbix file with some dummy data to clarify the issue?

Created on BI desktop & them moved it over to pin live on dashboard. Dahsboard does not work

Thank you for feedback. 

Are there any options within the dashboard to filter from one tile to all tiles within the dashboard.

Also, when I'm in report & using slicer, the slicer works on all pages of my report in Desktop version but not in Power BI service.  Why is that?

Hi @Anonymous, 

If "one tile" and "all tiles" comes from the same report page, you can pin a live page from the report to a dashboard. 

Otherwise, it's not supported currently.

When I'm in report editing, the slicer works on all pages but when I pin live to dashboard, it doesn't
