Can you pls help me to understand what is the Size and row limitations for scheduled refresh per dataset?

We have almost 5 Million records, and the schedule refresh takes long time and fails very often.

Hi @shamsuddeenvp,

There is a 1 GB limit, per dataset, that is imported into Power BI. If you have chosen to keep the Excel experience, instead of importing the data, you will be limited to 250 MB for the dataset.

In your scenario, as you mentioned schedule refresh fails often, can you share the detail error message throws out at this time?

Hello,

I have a similar problem.

My PBI file is configured for data import. This file is about 220 MB.

When I upload it to PBI Service Pro, and I program a refresh, I get an error message.

This message indicates that the "Billing" dataset is too important and that the level of service needs to be increased.

I do understand since the file is well below 1 GB.

Do you have an idea ?
