Hello,
From Power BI Desktop I have a connection with Postgresql in AWS RDS through directquery that works correctly.
However after publishing a report in Power BI Service I try to see it and it is not able to display the data.
After correctly activating the credentials Power BI Service does not show the report data and this error appears:

Cannot load model
Couldn't load the model schema associated with this report. Make sure you have a connection to the server, and try again.
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.

According to the latest updates it is not necessary to configure a gateway for a directquery or live connection.
Any suggestion about it ???
Thank you
HI @FernandoJMM,
I'd like to suggest you take a look at following document about integrating power bi with AWS RDS datasource:
Integrate Power BI with Amazon Redshift for insights and analytics
In addition, have you used the encrypt credentials on your connector? Have you configured the whitelist for power bi service request ip list? They can also affect the connections.

Xiaoxin Sheng
