Hi @sudhakar111

This can be don very easily. Every page on Power BI Service has a URL so you can simply copy this URL (from the top of the web browser, it begins http://app.powerbi.com/........) and store it wherever you want.

In the Edge browser

  1. Open the Report or Dashboard that you want a short cut to.
  2. Open the Edge main Menu, (three dots on far top right)
  3. Hover on the "Apps" menu option.
  4. Click on the pop-up option to "install this site as a web app".
  5. Select "Manage Apps" option.
  6. The Report or Dashboard page should now be listed as an app.
  7. Right click on that item, and click again on "Pin to".
  8. Tick the boxes for pinning the app to desktop, and, or, start menu, (as icons). and click "Pin".

In Chrome

  1. Open the Report or Dashboard that you want a short cut to.
  2. Open the Chrome main Menu, (three dots on far top right.
  3. Hover  over "More tools" and click "Create shortcut".
  4. Enter a name for your shortcut and click "Create".

Note that you may need to Authenticate (log in) to Power BI when you click the link, or if you copy the link to someone else.

Hope this helps

Stuart
