Hi,
I'm a PowerBI user with Pro License and would like to share reports with normal users (those who have access to PowerBI but are not Pro or Premium). Is there any way to achieve this? I have read that it is possible for these normal users to access dashboards through the Shared With Me option, but I've not been able to do this.
In case this is not feasible, which is the best alternative? I don't want my reports to be public. After looking for Licensing plans, I find Premium License quite expensive in relation to the number of users that will access to the reports.

Hi! I'm sorry but you can't share the way you are right now. We can say you have three ways to share in different ways too:
1- Buy capacity (premium or embed): A Premium workspace will let you share everything in there to free users while the Embed workspace will let you the possibility of creating a custom app to handle login and embed power bi in there.
2- Both the ones that share and the shared with must have Pro license. If you have pro and want to share with a user, that user must have pro too in order to see the report/dashboard.
3- Unsecure Publish to Web. This is the free way and the dangerous way too because you have gone public. it's not recommended with sensitive data.
Hope this helps,
P/D You might also find that you can share through teams or sharepoint. The licenses apply the same way, pro for pro and premium with free.

With Webdashboard you can easily share your Power BI reports and dashboards, with an intern and external users. All you need is an e-mail address. You can try Webdashboard for 30 days and if you need any help, they will quickly react. It's available at the Microsoft App Source and for more information, you can visit the website: www.webdashboard.com
