Sharing reports on Teams

I have seen a big reports shared on push recently to use reports shared via teams.

I am using Teams to share my BI reports with my company. I am the only user that actually uses BI, but the rest have been made users by out IT admin. I am a Pro licence user. Why do we get the other users with the image "Get Report Failed"? I have set permissions in teh 2nd image. What am I missing?

Users would need Power BI pro license, if your report is not on the premium workspace.

Hi @Pmorg73 ,

When you share reports with your colleagues via Microsoft team , you need Power BI Pro license to share report. And the recipients also need PRO license to view the shared report. Of course , if the shared report is in a Premium capacity, then PRO license is not necessary. You can find the details in this documentation.

Best Regards
