Hi,
I signed up for PowerBI Pro trial using my work email. Unfortunately, I am not able to share any report/dashboard with my colleagues in the company or with any user outside the organization. Whenever I click the share and enter their email addresses, it says sucessfully shared but they never received anything.
Also, I am facing trouble sign-in into PowerBI community page using my work email. It takes me into an infinite loop after i enter the username and password. Can someone please help with these issues. Thank you.

If you enable "send email notification to recipiends" when share the reports?

and you use this work email to register the PowerBI community account?

Thanks everyone. I have opened a ticket. Support believes it is due to admin right not granted to my domain in office 365. Hopefully they will be able to resolve it.
