Hi @ajin,

With Power BI Publish to web, you can easily embed interactive Power BI visualizations online, such as in blog posts, websites, through emails or social media, on any device. When you use Publish to web, the report or visual you publish can be viewed by anyone without Power BI account on the Internet. There is no authentication used when viewing these reports.

For details, please see:

Embedding for your customers

Hi @ajin

If the person does not have a power BI account then you will have to just send the .pbix file with him/her and they will have to install the power bi desktop to to see the report. But if you don't want to share the .pbix file then there is no way for them to view the report without signing up. They would not require to signup if they use power bi desktop

Rohit

@rohitMe, Thanks . But I  think i had read that it can be done through urls, but dont recall where i saw the blog.

HI @ajin

Well as far as I know you can share the urls but still the person you are sharing the url with will need access to the report and a power bi account.

But still if you come to know of any method to do this without the person creating an account do share it with me here.

Regards

Rohit

@rohitMe

Sure will do. Thanks for the suggestion.

Ajin
