Hello. I have a pro account and I shared the report with someone that does not have pro. They said when they open the report that it just loads but nothing shows up. Do they also need pro to see the reprots? What other thing might cause this?

Hi @amartino44 ,
Pro is a license, which is based on the user. It is used to determine the type of operation we can operate on services. Pro license can only cooperate with people with Pro license
If you want people without a pro license to view the content:
1. You can publish the report to the web so that people without a pro license can view it. However, if you publish the report to the web, anyone on the Internet can view your published report or visual content without authentication. Therefore, before publishing, make sure that the shared data and visualization can be made public. Do not release confidential or proprietary information
2. It can be upgraded to premium, which is a subscription capacity. Based on the capacity, it is used to determine the content level that the license can access. In the premium capacity, pro can view the content to pro and free license users, and the content stored in the premium capacity can also be accessed and distributed to users by users without power Bi Pro license
