I have an App built out with multiple data sources and reports for an organization. The executive level needs to be able to see all reports. However, a few members should only have access to part of the app, one specific data source. Is this possible? Or will I need to duplicate the workbook, remove the unneeded sources, and create a second app? This means duplicate reports would need to be maintained.
Thanks for any tips and help!

Hi
As tested, it is not possible to share part of an APP currently.
When you publish an APP to people, they can see all content including in this APP.
A workaround is similar to what you mentioned, to create an APP contains sources you need.
Or you could share these reports directly to a few members instead of publishing an APP.
Best Regards
Maggie
