Sharing dataset and viewer role: anyone using these new features?

With these new features it appears you can now publish a dataset, set it so people can consume it but NOT modify or view the internals, and share it across work spaces.

Has anyone started using this?

It is not yet currently available, but as per this blog post below it is coming very soon!
