Hello,
i would like to share my dashboards with external users. As far as I have seen from the documentations, this is only possible if I have a pro license and also the external users, correct?
Assuming this is correct, can I set up accounts for the external users (about 5 accounts), configurate everything for them and pay for them for 2 month and then terminate the subscriptions? I want to avoid the hassle for the external users to create accounts themselves. I would rather prefer to just send them login data and then they have direct access to my dashboard. Is this possible or is there a better way to share dashboards with external users?
Best,
Daniel

@h0hesc Yes you are correct, you need a Pro license for all. Yes, you can purchase one for them, but I believe the Pro license is a yearly subscription. Depending on your environment you could set up B2B, or as you describe create seperate accounts in your tenant.
