Sharing dashboards to all employees of my organization

Hi Team,

I have created dashboards using Power BI. Now I wan to share the dashboards to all the members of my Organization. I do not want to use the option of Content Pack. So please suggest the alternate approach to share my dashboards to entire organization.

Hi @v-sadadi,

As @v-sadadi suggested, in Power BI, only the content pack has built-in feature to share dashboards to entire organization. But if we publish the report to web, the published report can be viewed by anyone on the Internet, it's not security.

In addition, if there is a distribution group list all organization members, you can share the dashboard with this distribution group email address. For more information, see: Share a dashboard and reports with colleagues and others.

Hi @v-sadadi,

There is only content pack that has feature to share with organization (in sharing dashboard scenario). So I don't think we have alternative sharing solution in your case.

But you could build report with layout same as your dashboard and public link your report, so all associates in your organization could access to it.
