Sharing dashboards and reports with external B2B users

Up till now we have been able to share dashboards and reports with external users. They have a Pro licens and are registred in our Azure AD. This has works fine untill last week. Now the dashboard and the underlying reports blank. 

 

Can anyone tell me what has happend...?!?

Hi Daniel,

 

Yes Sharing for external users is enabled for a specific AD group. And no, there is no RLS on the data.

The thing is, that it worked before but suddently stoped working by normal sharing. It only worked through an App.

 

Latest update: suddenly it started working again the orignal way... Strange...

Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you have checked if below option has be switched on:

And you could also check if any RLS have been applied for your data.

If below options are all work on your side, I suggest you create a support ticket: https://support.powerbi.com/
