Sharing a geo maps withing organization

Hi Friends,

We are in the final phase of having Purchasing Power BI for our company as reporitng tool, which will go will Dynamics CRM on-prem 2015.

I would like to show demo to my team about all customer located geographically in US. (Which is easy).

I do have two questions about this demo that I am preparing.

> How to publish this demo in a such way that team can view it and do "Drag and Drop" other fields if they want to like by city, by states, by county etc.

> When they see it do they need to have Power BI account or Desktop or Power BI Services intalled on their machine.

> I am planning to do this on our terminal server where anybody can login and see this maps.

Since there is lot of documentation around this(which is kind of good thing) but it made me confuse which one to use ...

In Power BI Service, you can create a content pack for this report, and publish to your organization. After the users get content pack, they can also copy the reports to create their own reports. See:

The user need to have Power BI pro license to access organizational content pack. The Power BI desktop is optional.

If users can access the terminal server which has Power BI desktop installed, you can create a report in Power BI desktop and share it to those users. After they login the computer, they can open the .pbix file use Power BI desktop.
