I have a problem with sharing a dashboard outside the organization. I am a Pro user and he is a Free user. Howerver neither a dashboard with pro content nor a not pro content dashboard were shared.
I can see in the the share-acess the email of the user and "Guest - cancel invite". The external user didn't receive an email with the link. When I copy send the link of both dashboard it shows "Sorry, we couldn't find that dashboard . It may have been deleted or you may not have access to view it".
However when the external user shared with me a dashboard I got an email and I was able to see the dashboard.
I really search for it but since I am in a tigh schedule I'm looking forward for your support.

@mina Are you positive that you aren't using a gateway or data source that can only be used with Pro?
Any Pro feature used in the creation of a report will require the end consumer to have Pro.
Alternatively, if they are on a free license, they may have the option to "try Pro"
