I created a report and dashboard. How do I share or send the dashboard to someone to review. When click on Share, I get a message I need Power BI Pro. Any guidance will help.

thank you!

Hi @ksndev ,

User with Power BI Pro license could share report with people outside my organization, but people outside my organization also need Power Bi pro license.

If people outside my organization with free license and still want to see the report, only when workspace is in Premium capacity  able to achieve.

Except to purchase Power Bi pro or Power Bi premium. In my opinion, you can try publish to web. When you use Publish to web, anyone on the Internet can view your published report or visual. Viewing requires no authentication. It includes viewing detail-level data that your reports aggregate. Before publishing a report, make sure it's okay for you to share the data and visualizations publicly. Don't publish confidential or proprietary information. If in doubt, check your organization's policies before publishing.

@ksndev Sharing requires Power BI Pro. If it is not sensitive data, you could use Publish to Web but anyone with the link can view it.
