Sharing a Dashboard from Office 365 E5 User to E1 User

Hi Everyone!!

I have PowerBI within Office 365 E5 Plan. I created a dashboard and i need to share with my Office 365 users (E1 Plan). Can i share my dashboard with an E1 user?

Office 365 E1 users would be able to use Power BI free license.

If the dashboard contains any content for Power BI Pro, then it would be not avilable for the free users to see the dashboard.

Yes, that should not be an issue. I guess it all depends on whether or not you used Pro features. If so, then I believe that they would need a Pro license to view it, unless you are using something like Publish to Web (reports) perhaps.
