Sharing Reports in the Service

I built a golden dataset that was housed in a workspace.  This workspace primarily maintain by devs

Reports that are connected to this golden dataset are distributed into multiple workspaces.

We tried to add Access Groups under the share report  but the specific user can't see the report saying that
"underlying dataset needs to be shared" etc.

My thoughts are:

1. Can I use the Access Groups for sharing content? or only Distro's or email is allowed?
2. Should I go to the Golden Dataset and add the Access Group?

I appreciate your assistance! 🙂

Hi @v_mark

When sharing the golden dataset in different app workspaces the users or access groups will need to have build permissions on the golden dataset in order to view the reports.
