Sharing Power BI Report to SharePoint without Sharing Data Set

Is it possible to Share a Report on Power BI to SharePoint without Sharing the Data Set?

I currently have a page in SharePoint that's connected to Power BI however, I am only able to access the report when both the report and the data set are shared to me and not just the report.

Is there a way to just Share the Report and being able to view this in SharePoint?

Yes.

Please check if the requirements are met, and if so, follow the steps in the documentation to embed the report in SharePoint Online.
