Sharing PBI reports on Email

Hi All,

Can I schedule PBI reports in email for non-Pro users using Premium per user license? Assuming we will send it in PDF or PPT and all tabs in a report needs to be included in the attachment. 

Any ideas or relevant links around it will be appreciated.

Note: Please assume that client doesn't have the premium capacity.

Hi @Pulkit 

Do you mean you have Premium Per User license and want to share report to non-Pro users outside of your organization via Email attachment? If so, my idea is to separate this goal into two steps.

First, subscribe the report to send emails to yourself and include report as attachment in the email. It supports PDF and PPTX format. Please refer to Subscribe yourself to reports and dashboards - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

Second, forward your received email to other users. This is not Power BI feature. You may consider using Power Automate or other automation tools.

Additionally, if your report is located in a workspace in Premium capacity, you can try a new preview feature to export and email the report by using Power Automate easily. However, it doesn't support Premium Per User.

Also power automate to fwd the mail, by checking subject can be an option
