Hello,
A pro-license user shared a report with me. Whenever I click on the link I get to the Home-page with 1 report (I have no license).
Whenever I click on the report there is no response. It seems not to interact.
1 month ago I was able to click on the link and got redirected to the report immediately, now I go to the home-page first and the report doesnt seem to interact at all.
Hopefully someone knows what is happening.

I'm in contact with IT now. Perhaps they changed some settings regarding external users.

are your eMail an external email adress?
And what licence had the environment from where the report was shared?

Hello KBO,
I have an external (gmail) email address.
The report was shared from a workspace with premium license. Its capacity based. Theres quite some people that got the report shared (ca.100 external/non-license users).

1) may be the admin of your tenant disabled the function to share reports with external.
2) The premium licence was removed from the Workspace. So you need a Pro Licence to view.
