Shared report link not loading in mobile browser (Safari)

I'm sharing reports with external guest user giving them a pro license in our Azure portal and giving them access. Most users can acces the report in their mobile browser (not using the app because they don't have a work mail) by loging into their account. The problem is that for some reason a few users are not prompted to log in to their account when they open the link in their browser (Safari). When they load the link they only see the Power BI logo loading, there's no window appearing to log in. Are there any known problems for some (mobile) browsers why this isn't working? Might it be related to certain browsers setting or cookies?

Thanks in advance!

Short update: Tried different cookie settings and allowing pop ups, problem still persisted. Turned out the user had disabled IOS updates. Updated IOS to the latest version and everything works fine now.

Hi. I don't think we might know if there is any issue with Safari. There is no known issue about that. You can read those in here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/troubleshoot/known-issues/power-bi-known-issues

The only thing I can think about is that if you restrict a lot of the browser options like third party cookies, then some cloud tools might not work properly. That's no something about safari, any browser can restrict options for websites like that.

I hope that helps,

Alright, thanks for clarifying. I'll look into it.
