Solved: SharePoint is consider as a Cloud or not?

Hello,

Can you tell me, SharePoint is consider by Power BI as a Cloud or not? We wont to not using On-Premises Gateway, there is lot of problem with it, and we need to know can we using SharePoint to store our data for best and quicker Schedule Refresh.

SharePoint Online is cloud. SharePoint on-premises is not cloud.
