SharePoint BI center and power BI integration and long term success

Good day all.

We have recently moved our SQL data to Azure and set up SharePoint business intelligence canter sites for the management of our BI data.

What we have managed to succeed in is creating a Report and dashboard in power BI pro in a work space and publishing it to a SharePoint page via the Power BI App Web Part.

My questions are, how to i centrally manage all the BI creations by power BI pro creators in SharePoint?

I don’t want people to leave the company and then have complications with the ownership and movement of power BI creations, is it possible that a power bi pro user creates his/her work in the BI canter in SharePoint online and then publish to a page from there? what would i have to do to enable this?

id prefer people to create all thier data on sharepoint instead of the power BI app, or atleast export thier creations to SP online and have it be able to connect to SLQ in Azure for up to date informaiton.

if not what other ideas are there to ensure that people can collaborate without having to worry about the storage of creations in work spaces that may not be accessible?

Thank you in advance

Hi @senseye,

Please refer to power-bi/service-embed-report-spo. As its name indicates, the Power BI is embedded in the Sharepoint. In other words, the users of Sharepoint are consumers. Even the PBI developer can't do that much either.

The solution could be using several PBI accounts for contents creation. No matter who leaves the company, these accounts always exist.
