Good morning,
I am having some hard time trying to figure out tis ting to works. I've shared my report or dashboard with a couple of hotmail, gmail or internal coworkers and none of them can get the report?
I am following this tutorial without any luck.
https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/share-your-power-bi-content-with-anyone-by-email-2/
Could someone point me in the right direction?
thanks in advance.

Hi @sajarac,
Firstly, could you have refered to blow link to add your external user as guest user:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-admin-azure-ad-b2b
Secondly, how could you share your report or dashboard could you make sure all of your users have pro license? You could refer to below link:

Lastly, could you have checked the option in your admin portal:

Thank you very much for your prompt reply,
If I am right the blog refers that now is possible to share content with external users, i.e gmail, etc.... now still being required for that users to have a PRO license? I thought that if I have the PRO license I can share with external and internal people regardless of their license. Currently I can not share content with anyuone in my organizacion and I am PRO.

Hi @sajarac,
Based on my research, I am afraid that you do need a Power BI Pro license to share your content, and those you share it with do too, or the content needs to be in a workspace in a Premium capacity.
See below link:

Sadly I find that that is reality. Even if I have a premium account I can not share with anyone internally or externally.
I think Microsoft should change that post or be clearer because it's confusing.
but in any case, thank you very much for your collaboration.
