Share reports which updates 8 times a day with free user?

Is it possible to share a report that refreshes auto 8 times a day with free users? Or do they need a Pro user?

The users you want to share with will require a pro licence to view the report. You'll get a warning when you try and share the report that it contains Pro content. Daily refresh is the max allowed for a free licence.
