Hi @Anonymous ,

You will only see this option if you have made changes to the published filters or slicers on the report.

For example, I make some filters in my report page, then click on the "Share" button, this option will appear in share report page.

One of my teammates said that it may be an issue with the way the reports were originally developed because we cannot replicate on a couple of our reports but on others we can. Thanks for the help.

Hi @Anonymous ,

This option means that if you make some selections in Slicer visual or in Filter pane, and you share the report with others, then the recipients will view only the filtered data report rather than the all data report.

Hi @v-xicai -

Thank you for your reply. I am aware of what the option does. We used it farely often as we share reports for our different projects. However, it is no longer available when sharing any of my reports.

Did we turn a feature on that eliminates that option? Was there a release that got rid of it?

Thank you.

@Anonymous

That option comes up once you have some filters or slicer values selected?

Can you re-check with that?

Hi @vmakhija

We always have a Sync Slicer on selecting which project's data we would like displayed throughout the report tabs.

@Anonymous

I mean after you open the report, you need to select something in slicer and then try to share it.. only then you will see that option.

@vmakhija

Yes, we always have to select a Slicer as we are never viewing All Projects or None. I used to go through and Select each project individually and share the report with that Project's stakeholders. Those stakeholder's would open to see only their metrics throughout the 5+ tabs of the report.

Now, when I alter the Slicer and select Share, it does not provide me that option and my teams have to go through and select their project from the Slicer.

@Anonymous

Perhaps you should create an issue here -
