Share power BI App on Microsoft Teams

Hi

I hope someone could help

My company uses Power BI premium capacity to share published apps with all its members. I have been trying to link this app into Teams to make navigation of all key document eaiser, however I am struggling to get it to work.

If I use the Power BI tab, only the team members with Power BI Pro can see the reports

If I link the app's web address via the website tab, the system refuses my log on details

I have even tried to embed the app into sharepoint and link that through Teams but I cannot get the embed to work correctly

Has anyone managed to achiev this successfully?

You can add the App URL as a website.

Oh yeah, it did! I was looking at "Add a tab" within a team. I don't think you can select an App there, so the website suggestion still stands if thats what you are looking for.

HI @Matt22365, I think I've tried roughly the same things you mentioned.

Then I started googling and found out this is not (yet) possible.

There is a UserVoice item however over at Teams, where you can vote on:

Allow for adding Power BI App content instead of workspace content to Teams tab

Thanks for getting back to me, I've added my vote. 

I thought embeding the app into sharepoint would be my fix but it only seems to embed the workspace behind the app rather than the app itself
