Share button is missing from the share dialog

This is for an app, the office 365 adption preview.  I was able to share it with one user earlier today.  Now the share button is missing.  Cancel is there, but not share.  I can type a user's name or email address, and choose them from the picker, and populate a message, but the share button is just plain not visble.  If I open dev tools, I can see it in the DOM map.  The checkboxes for allow recipients to share and send email notification, along with the text and link for the dashboard link are also missing.

I'm using Edge on windows 10.

I would suggest because it is part of the adoption preview they might be making changes during the day?
