Share a report as a group not an individual

Hi there!

Is there an option to create an account which can be used by a team and while sharing the report on it would show "Shared By X Team" instead of any individual name?

PFB answers to your queries:

1. Is there an option to create an account which can be used by a team?

• Like @Greg_Deckler said, you can add group/DL as member in the workspace.
• Each and every person added to the DL will get automatic access to the workspace
• Alternatively, create a group email ID(1 single account) which will be shared by all members in the team. All members in the team will have creds for this single account

2. While sharing the report on it would show "Shared By X Team" instead of any individual name?

• This will depend on which account you are using to share the report/dashboard
• If you are logged-in from an individual's email and then shared, it will show individual's name
• If you are logged-in from group email account whose creds are shared by members of team and then share, it will show group's name
• Alternatively, you can add custom message when sharing:

Let me check the option of adding DL to the workspace. Please do let me know if anyone in that mail list will have right to modify the report along with data

@jamat - Well, you can add a group as a member of a workspace. Not sure about the second item though. Maybe just create the App and share that?
