Share Reports Outside Organization Without Publishing to Web

I am looking to share reports to users outside of my organization without publishing to web, as the data is fairly sensitive. I have a Pro account and would be willing to upgrade to a Premium per User account, but not willing to upgrade to Premium per Capacity. The people outside my organization use G Suite and have Power BI Free licenses but are not willing to upgrade to Pro/PPU/PPC.

Ideally, I am looking for a way to provide each person with a link for their personal performance report which they could check on daily to see how their performance progresses, whether this be by adding them as a guest to a workspace (which I believe requires them to have a license?) or by somehow embedding into SharePoint to make it more secure than publishing to web.

Also, not quite sure if it matters, but I have an username@onmicrosoft.com email.

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated :).

Hi, @Anonymous

They can not view the report or dashboard without a Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license.

With sharing, whether you share content inside or outside your organization, you need a Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license. Your recipients also need Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) licenses, unless the content is in a Premium capacity.

Unfortunately, even if you add external users as roles in the workspace, they still need to have a Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license to view the content, and you can only do this by publishing to web.

With Webdashboard you can easily share your Power BI reports and dashboards, with an intern and external users. All you need is an e-mail address.

You can try Webdashboard for 30 days and if you need any help, they will quickly react. It's available at the Microsoft App Source and for more information, you can visit the website: www.webdashboard.com

Hi, I have the same issue. I see that if the "receiver" has not Pro/Premium licence it is not possible for him to access the published report. However, as Power BI is currently available as part of the Office 365 Enterprise E5 version, does this apply also to those who have Office 365 subscription?
Thanks
