Could you please describe custom URL with more details? What kind of custom URL do you want? Create a custom URL inside report that can points to another web page? Or create a custom URL that allows other users to open the service report? Or do you mean create custom URL for a dashboard tile?

I want a custom url like "organizationname.com". With the help of this custom url the published report in service must be open.

You can't generate a custom URL like that. You are trying to make a web site. You can publish to web like i said before and embedded the report in any website you already have in your html. 

In this way you can have organizationname.com and the report inside.

Hi. After publishing your report to Power Bi Service, if the Global Admin allows it, you can click File -> Publish To Web and generate a public link to access the report.
