Session expired when i open Paginated report in power bi service

Hi,

I am looking fro advice,
Our current setup:

- power bi premium per user 

- paginated reports

- dataset power bi as datasource, without a RLS

When i open the report, i get immediatly an error "session expired"

When the report is displayed in the active tab of the browser, the session will time out after 60 minutes of inactivity, or earlier when the device is locked or inactive.

When the report isn't displayed in the active tab of the browser, the session will time out after 10 minutes of inactivity, or earlier when the device is locked or inactive.
