I've been asked to look at ServiceNow as a data source. I have been doing a bit of reading and there is plenty of mention of a ServiceNow content pack available in PowerBI, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.
Can anyone confirm that this service pack exists? If so, how do I access it (I currently don't have an account - waiting for the Servicenow team to provision one).
Saving that, does anyone have a preferred method of connecting to ServiceNow? I am looking at building a summary dashboard that outlines counts of tickets at various levels.
Thanks

Hi @Anonymous ,
Have you tried this?
I am doing it and see the entire Service Now Schema. Follow the instructions and there is a video at the very start of the article that explains what you need.

I still cannot find the ServiceNow content pack that a few of the above links referecnce - even the PowerBI blog itself send you to a now dead link (which redirects you back to the Power BI landing page).
But I do believe I have found my solution. I am simply going to use the ServiceNow Table REST API as outlined in https://blog.kofko.xyz/connect-servicenow-and-powerbi . Hopefully, this is enough to satisfy the ServiceNow admin, who was concerned that giving Power BI direct access will break ServiceNow.
Thanks
Hi @Anonymous
I see that this request has already been solved, but just in case you still need to integrate ServiceNow with Power BI, feel free to check this app: Power BI Connector for ServiceNow.
