This dataset has been on the service for months and randomly it has now started failing every refresh with the error "We're sorry, an error occurred during evaluation". The refresh is still working in Power BI desktop.
The data sources that this data set is connected to, are;
1. Google analytics
2. MySQL
3. Microsoft SQL Server
The data gateway is online.

Thanks for replying, you have indirectly solved my issue!
Even though my data set was refreshing via a personal gateway, I went to update the On-Premise gateway just to eliminate the possibility. I went to download the gateway update file and it kept failing to download... so I check the available disk space on our virtual machine and bam... 0 bytes free.
Allocated more space to the machine and all is working well now.
Thanks for your help mate
Do you have the latest version of the On-Premise Gateway installed?
I know with the updated version you are able to test it, to make sure it can connect via the Azure Service Bus to Power BI.
Here is a link to the updates.

I would suggest installing this and then see if it resolves your error?
If that still fails if possible to put up an image of the actual error.
