Service Status

Why doesn't the service status page reflect reality?

Clearly there is an issue affecting data refresh at this time but nothing on the status page...

Status

It would be helpful for all of us if we knew you were investigating the issue...

Pay attention to Awareness.If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
