One of my users is experiencing a "Connection Error" "Your Connection has been lost..." setting.
He is connected to the internet and has signed in and out on multiple browsers.
Also, he has tried resetting his timezone to automatic.
None of this has alleviated the issue.
Also, our deployed app is working on his phone, and also working for other users in the desktop version.
Any ideas what's up? Thanks!

Timezone alone didn't work on Mac. We had to click on Date & Time and click set automatically.

Did you login the Service in another computer with the same account? Please refer to Connection-Error-Power-BI.

In the earlier thread (the thread you linked to), it seems that the timezone change worked for everyone. We have tried that solution and it is not working for our user.
