Hello Community,
I am having troubles changing my server address for online refresh.
we changed providers, used to be host on servers only accessible via Cisco VPN (where we had to connect to vpn, launch gateway and then refresh online with the PC switched on).
And now we are on Azure which should be much easier for refresh.
I have changed my sources in all of my queries credentials etc.. locally (can't refresh due to the volume of data but I'm getting the right previews). When I published and clicked refresh online here is the error i got:
Refresh failed due to gateway configuration issues.
This dataset requires a properly configured gateway in order to refresh.If you're using personal mode, please make sure your gateway is online.If you're using enterprise mode, please make sure you've added the following data sources in the Gateway Management
(fake server address, but the one actually displayed is the one from old server IP, the CSV file is hosted on another computer but is static anyways)
PortalPostgreSql { server : "192.123.12.12" , database : "timyo_stat" }
File { path : "C:\Users\Public\Timyo Data Power BI\.......CSV" }
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.

I don't really understand where does it come from as I don't mention my old server address anywhere in the queries source....
Hi @Anonymous ,
As the erroe message, seemed that your gateway is offline. Please restart the gateway of install the latest version to try agian. And pleae make sure you have add all the data sources in your gateway.
