Seperate License required to access Powerbi China and Global Powerbi

Hi,

Do we need seperate licenses to access powerbi china and global powerbi? Please breif in terms of user from China and global user.

How user is  china can access global content on powerbi services and how global users can access the content of china powerbi services.

AFAIK, current power bi service hasn't limit Chinese users to view global data.  You can use power bi service with a work account and correspond licenses to review yours and shared contents from global networks.

What are the Differences Between Power BI Free, Power BI Pro and Power BI Premium?
