Sending Paginated Reports to External Users with Power Automate

Has anyone here had success or used Power Automate to email paginated reports to users outside of your Active Directory? Does anyone have any good documentation or videos on the process?

Could you not just forward the email to other users via Power Automate?

We are discovering that without Premium, we are very limited in what we can do, even in Power Automate.
