Send alert notification if final result in a value range

Hi guys,

I have tried a lot to create warnings to send alerts to end users on Power Bi service but unsuccessful, so I am writing to the community to be helped.

This is my situation.

I have created a Power BI desktop and has publish to service. There are many columns in the report but 5 below columns (as threshold) are used to create warnings and send alerts.

As you see from the table above, I want the ranges MIN_VALLUE and MIN_ALERT_VALUE(MIN_VALUE+10%) or MAX_VLAUE and MAX_ALERT_VALUE (MAX_VALUE-10%) are to be sent to end users.

For example: the first highlighted final result 12.5 need to be sent out to end users because it is the range MIN_VALUE (12) and MIN_ALERT_VALUE (13.2)

or the second highlighted final result 8.2 need to be sent out because it is in the range MAX_VALUE(8.1) and MAX_ALERT_VALUE(9).

hi  @peternguyen 

 Alerts can only be set on tiles pinned from report visuals, and only on gauges, KPIs, and cards.
