Scrolling Banners With Power BI Data

Does anybody know of a way to have data from powerbi.com appear on a scrolling banner on a computer or, at least, a company website? I'm thinking of something like a stock ticker that shows key statistics, like number of patients, number of rooms available, etc. A company would like to be able to have its employees see certain pieces of information that is in Powerbi.com. I have been to clients, especially hospitals, that show scrolling banners on employees' screens and am wondering two things: 

1. Where do you find this technology? 

2. Can the technology include data from Powerbi.com?

I don't think there is any direct way to do the same with Power BI although you can see posts like Add a Scrolling Banner to Your Dashboard | Haystack Help Center (haystackteam.com) which helps you to add the same to your dashboard (of any type), you can dig more into this website
