My scheduled refresh keeps failing and gives this error.

Please check if the gateway service is still running on your server and if your data source can be accessed through gateway. In addtion, make sure the gateway has been updated to the lastest version.

@rabiafarooq To get a more accurate error message you can go to the server that the gateway is installed on and look in the log files during the refesh time. You should be able to see a better timeout message to determine which report / datasource is having the problem. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-gateway-onprem-tshoot
