Scheduled refresh issue

The report used to refresh fine with out any problem. Now I’m seeing the following error message and Scheduled refresh failed.

When I run the query it only have 1490 rows.  

 

Processing error:Query execution has exceeded the allowed limits (80DA0003): Query result set has exceeded the internal record count limit 500000 (E_QUERY_RESULT_SET_TOO_LARGE;

Could it be that there is a variable that is causing the results to store over 500000 rows in the variable?

 

I would test the query in PBI desktop to make sure that it does not exceed the amount of rows?

Download pbix file ,and check on Power BI Desktop.
